Job Description

Experienced Property Management Administrator sought to join a dynamic team in a busy and dynamic environment, delivering exceptional service to clients.

HJ Byrne Estate Agents, a well-established real estate agency founded over 167 years ago, is expanding in 2024 and seeking a motivated and driven professional to contribute to the team in our Phibsborough branch.

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to support sales and letting agents, manage property maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General office administration and support to sales and letting agents
  • Using CRM system and marketing tools to manage property listings and client relationships
  • Drafting advertisements for sales and lettings, and ensuring full payment of rents and following up with tenants in arrears
  • Preparing and compiling leases, transfer of utilities, and dealing with tenant queries and requests
  • Arranging maintenance and repairs, liaising with tenants and contractors, and providing tenancy management functions
  • Coordinating tenant move-ins and outs, and ensuring landlords are fully briefed and updated
  • Keeping all records updated and filed appropriately, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong customer-oriented skill set and ability to problem solve
  • Excellent telephone manner and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in written and oral English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • General office administration experience, with specialized knowledge an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30
