Job Description

Seeking experienced Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day office operations and accounts in Dublin 12.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer calls and emails, directing to relevant personnel.
  • Handling customer queries, invoice requests, and statement of accounts.
  • Processing daily/weekly credits, overcharges, and updating warranties.
  • Confirming daily despatch dockets and ensuring POS are accurate.
  • Taking payments, sending/receiving invoices, and generating POs.
  • Preparing monthly petty cash reports and forwarding receipts.
  • Conducting weekly/monthly stock checks and purchasing products.
  • Editing costs on Excel and updating standard landed costs on Sage.
  • Coordinating freight and requesting Copper Test certificates.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Sage experience.
  • Accounts assistant experience and duties highly desirable.
  • Purchasing experience highly desirable.
