Seeking experienced Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day office operations and accounts in Dublin 12.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering customer calls and emails, directing to relevant personnel.
- Handling customer queries, invoice requests, and statement of accounts.
- Processing daily/weekly credits, overcharges, and updating warranties.
- Confirming daily despatch dockets and ensuring POS are accurate.
- Taking payments, sending/receiving invoices, and generating POs.
- Preparing monthly petty cash reports and forwarding receipts.
- Conducting weekly/monthly stock checks and purchasing products.
- Editing costs on Excel and updating standard landed costs on Sage.
- Coordinating freight and requesting Copper Test certificates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Sage experience.
- Accounts assistant experience and duties highly desirable.
- Purchasing experience highly desirable.
