Job Description

We are seeking an experienced office administrator to manage our daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating client lists and ensuring timely action is taken.
  • Liaising with staff and trades to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Managing a database system to track client information and project progress.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Coordinating project schedules, site visits, and meetings.
  • Creating costing documents and quotes using Excel.
  • Ordering and overseeing site materials and supplies.
  • Updating client folders and CRM system regularly.
  • Booking project photoshoots and coordinating with staff and clients.

Key qualities required for this role include:

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Knowledge of Xero or other cloud-based accounting systems.
  • Good keyboard skills and understanding of social media.
  • Basic understanding of VAT and financial calculations.

Job details:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Leaving Certificate preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office and administration required.
