Job Description

I'm currently hiring on behalf of a Global Investment Firm in Dublin City Centre who are seeking an experienced Office Manager / Facilities Manager to join them in a period of growth on a permanent contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager coming from a Financial or Professional Services Environment.


In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Dublin office, meeting and greeting clients and visitors and managing facilities contractors.

Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will be required to attend onsite 5 days per week.

The role is split into three main areas, Office Manager, Facilities and Reception.

What will I be responsible for?

  • Liaising between onsite facilities and engineering staff
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Identifying any internal facilities issues
  • First point of contact for any queries related to issues with office equipment
  • Ensuring office and kitchen are fully stocked
  • Managing health and safety regulations in the office
  • Assisting with internal projects and office works
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting with the set up of new employees
  • Managing the reception area
  • Managing and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the meeting rooms
What is required of me?

  • Minimum 8 year's experience with Office & Facilities Management in a Professional services environment
  • Full working authorisation in Ireland
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong MS Office skills
