Job Summary: Temporary Office/Finance Administrator sought to manage day-to-day office tasks, schedule calls, and maintain records for a regulatory body in Dublin.
Our client, a regulatory body in Dublin, requires an Office/Finance Administrator to manage office duties and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, emails, and reception desk duties.

Schedule complaint calls and assist with public/professional inquiries.

Respond to queries, transfer calls, and provide information on retention fees and accounts.

Maintain organised office records and handle all postal duties, including distributing and sending mail.

Monitor and manage office supplies, and coordinate maintenance when necessary.

Assist with issuing and processing retention fee payments and related data entry.

Issue cheques, refunds, receipts, and certificates, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Provide account information to registrants and assist with queries.
Requirements:

Ability to work a 35-hour week, Monday - Friday.

Salary of €29,797.

Junior Administrator experience.
