Job Summary: Temporary Office/Finance Administrator sought to manage day-to-day office tasks, schedule calls, and maintain records for a regulatory body in Dublin.

Our client, a regulatory body in Dublin, requires an Office/Finance Administrator to manage office duties and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and reception desk duties.
  • Schedule complaint calls and assist with public/professional inquiries.
  • Respond to queries, transfer calls, and provide information on retention fees and accounts.
  • Maintain organised office records and handle all postal duties, including distributing and sending mail.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
  • Assist with issuing and processing retention fee payments and related data entry.
  • Issue cheques, refunds, receipts, and certificates, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Provide account information to registrants and assist with queries.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work a 35-hour week, Monday - Friday.
  • Salary of €29,797.
  • Junior Administrator experience.
