**Executive Assistant and EA Manager** Support two executive leaders, manage EA pod, and mentor/coach Executive Assistants to develop their skills and advance their careers. As Vanta's Sr. Executive Assistant and EA Manager, you will play a key role in supporting two of our executive leaders, managing our overall EA pod, and acting as a mentor, coach, and talent development lead for our Executive Assistants. Your goal will be to develop our Executive Assistants and open up opportunities for them across other teams at Vanta. **About Vanta** Vanta is a company that aims to secure the internet and protect consumer data.
