Our clients are a leading manufacturing company who are looking for an Office Sales Administrator to join their team based in Longford town. This role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am 5pm, some flexibility will be offered on this for the right person. This is an office-based role; the candidate must be available to be in the Longford office each day. Competitive salary for the right person. The role: We are looking for a strong administrator with good office experience. The ideal candidate will be working in a varied admin role and will need to have strong multi-tasking ability. They will need strong excel experience, systematic, highly organised and work well as part of a team and independently. Responsibilities: Meeting and dealing with customers. Answering the phone and responding to queries. Data entry to CRM system. Filing, Scanning, and photocopying Data entry and excel reporting. General administration ad-hoc duties. Invoicing Adding sales orders to CRM system Ideal Candidate: 1-2 years experience in an administrative role Strong organisational and administration skills, ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional manner over the phone and in person. Ability to build effective working relationships with people internally and externally. IT Skills with particular emphasis on Microsoft office Suite. A positive and flexible attitude and self-starting ability.
