Office Support Recruitment Consultant The Office Support Team is made up of some of Dublins most experienced recruitment consultants, with tenure across the team ranging from three years, to twenty three! Numerous consultants across our Office Support division have been shortlisted previously for the ERF Recruiter of the Year (in both Temp and Perm categories), as well as receiving a nomination for Best Office and Secretarial Team for the 2024 ERF Awards. Another of our Office consultant has completed their ERF Recruitment Degree in NCI so we have managed to cultivate, a highly experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and dynamic team, that is looking to add to add another Star Performer to continue this teams theme of success! The Office Support team is one of the fastest moving teams within Sigmar covering temp, contract and permanent demand simultaneously. On this team, we always think commercially. The Office Support Team differs from other divisions, in that we have the unique opportunity to support across every single industry. Roles we would regularly work on and fill would include Operations / Office Managers, Executive / Personal Assistants, Receptionists / Front of House / Office Coordinators, Administrators at all levels, Customer Service Advisors, Clerical and Executive Officers, and the list goes on We are unique in that we are relied on by our clients to not only find the right skill set for a client, but also, the right personality fit. Responsibilities Supporting the team through working to deliver 360 Recruitment Services. Developing business with existing and potential new clients, growing your portfolio. Sourcing candidates using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database, as well as posting original, innovative and engaging job advertisements. Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience, requirements, and personal motivations for a new role. Acting as thefirst point of contact for the business, you will conduct all interviews either in person or online (video call). End to end management of recruitment process. Continuously building and maintaining knowledge of the industries you provide office support staff to through market research, attending events, networking and taking part in internal creative projects. Working closely with department Manager to grow and nurture the Office Support department. Management of temporary and contract employees including processing time sheets and weekly payroll administration. Achieving agreed KPIs and targets. Attending onsite meetings and training when required. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in 360 agency recruitment. Ideally have an understanding of both the Temporary and Permanent markets. Experience in working within a fast moving, high demand team. Adept communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work with both autonomy and accountability. Solid business acumen and commercial awareness, with entrepreneurial flair. Results oriented, with ambition and drive comfortable working to set targets and KPI. High energy and tenacity.
