Job title: On-Site Customer Support Specialist Location: Waterford, Ireland About the Role: Our client is seeking an On-Site Customer Support Specialist to work closely with account management and cross-functional teams. In this role, you will help provide efficient on-site services, product distribution, technical support, and maximize business opportunities for both the company and its clients. Oversee goods receiving, including checking, counting, and stock placement. Pick, pack, and process customer orders within agreed timelines and turnaround targets. Manage on-site stock levels to ensure inventory is maintained to meet client needs. Perform stock checks and cycle counting, with a proactive focus on maintaining stock accuracy. Operate computerized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant platforms. Identify and resolve issues proactively, providing effective solutions. Support project rollouts and ongoing customer objectives, addressing critical requirements. Adapt to other duties as needed, ensuring flexibility in the role. Operate company vehicles and forklifts (where applicable). Complete project tasks on time, managing deliverables within specified deadlines. Troubleshoot hardware and perform manual repairs, following procedures and training. Install and relocate equipment as necessary. Skills and Experience: Flexible, reliable, and hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on identifying customer needs and business opportunities. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. A full Irish drivers licence is desirable. Forklift experience is an advantage. Experience with stock control systems such as SAP or similar software is preferred. Cleanroom experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy and mechanically inclined, with experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues a distinct advantage. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred. Skills: On Site Customer
