Job Description
We are seeking an Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Bon Secours Hospital, Cork Oncology service.
The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team led by 3 Consultant Oncologists and 2 Consultant Haematologists, providing patient care to the Munster area.
Candidate Requirements:
- Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI
- A Postgraduate Oncology Course Completed
- Extensive experience in medical and/or surgical oncology is essential
- A key member of the multi-disciplinary team
- A management course is desirable
Person Specification:
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Flexibility and excellent use of initiative
