The Company
You will be working for a leading global professional services company based in Dublin that's supporting operations of a major online platform.
As the Content Moderation agent, you will be responsible for helping improve the quality and safety of online content.
you will be responsible for analysing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.
You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.
Day-to-day responsibilities- Investigate and resolve issues regarding content that is reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve within agreedupon turnaround times and standards of quality
- Understand and remain uptodate with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality of work
- Good knowledge of internet and associated technologies
- Competitive salary approx. 37,000 in your first year

- Please note that this role is fully office based.
- Schedule: 24/7 shift pattern
- Mixture of Days, nights, weekends rotational basis every 4 weeks
- Wage uplift for late hours
