Seeking an experienced Assistant Bakery Manager to lead a skilled team and assist the Bakery Manager in bringing the bakery to the next level.
As Assistant Bakery Manager, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment, creating high-quality baked goods and confectionery, and driving the development of new products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills, with a constant drive to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Key responsibilities include ensuring the department runs efficiently, working alongside the Bakery Manager to ensure smooth operation, and maintaining records to minimize shrink and maintain low waste margins.
Requirements include 2-3 years experience as a baker, ability to manage a team, in-depth knowledge of food safety procedures, and a good work ethic and initiative.
Additional requirements include experience in ordering for the bakery, managing waste within a fresh food area, and following food safety guidelines.
Skills required include baking, pastry making, and leadership abilities.

Salary: €37k-€42k
This is a morning shift working 5/7 days a week.
