Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Store Manager for one of our clients based in Co.

As Assistant Store Manager you will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to customer service, staff management, inventory control, and sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar is essential for this role.
• Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
