Job Summary: Develop industry sector knowledge, provide customers with proven solutions, and work on manufacturing improvement & design projects. Key aspects include leveraging sales processes, coordinating with internal departments, and achieving high growth and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:

- Provide customers with proven solutions to address their business issues
- Work with customers on a range of manufacturing improvement & design projects
- Develop target customers and prospects within a defined sales territory
- Leverage effective sales processes, coordinate with internal departments, and support company strategic plans
Requirements:
- Industry knowledge in Engineering, Automation, or relevant discipline (desirable)
- Minimum 1 year experience selling technical or business solutions (desirable)
- Strong initiative for sales with a proactive approach to inbound and outbound selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits
- Full driving license required for occasional travel
