Job Description

Job Summary: Develop industry sector knowledge, provide customers with proven solutions, and work on manufacturing improvement & design projects. Key aspects include leveraging sales processes, coordinating with internal departments, and achieving high growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop industry sector knowledge
  • Provide customers with proven solutions to address their business issues
  • Work with customers on a range of manufacturing improvement & design projects
  • Develop target customers and prospects within a defined sales territory
  • Leverage effective sales processes, coordinate with internal departments, and support company strategic plans

Requirements:

  • Industry knowledge in Engineering, Automation, or relevant discipline (desirable)
  • Minimum 1 year experience selling technical or business solutions (desirable)
  • Strong initiative for sales with a proactive approach to inbound and outbound selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits
  • Full driving license required for occasional travel
