Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager for a busy private Dublin hospital.

The role of Clinical Nurse Manager 2- Paediatrics is a key management role in ensuring safe delivery of service and to champion excellence in patient care.

The paediatric service at this Hospital offers medical and surgical treatment for children from the ages of 2 up to 14 years old


The specialties covered include:

• Anaesthesia
• Cardiac ablation procedures
• Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)
• Ophthalmology
• Oral surgery
• Plastic surgery
• Sleep disorders

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply:

• Registered General Nurse on the live register of the NMBI.
• A postgraduate qualification in a relevant area of Nursing is highly desirable.
• A proven track record: At least 5 years of experience with current Paediatric Nursing experience(2 years).
• Leadership excellence: The ability to inspire, motivate, and coach your team to achieve their full potential.
• Collaborative spirit: A commitment to teamwork and building strong relationships across disciplines.
• Excellent communication: The ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
