**Clinical Nurse Manager II Role** Seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art nursing home in County Galway. **Key Responsibilities:** • Co-ordinate and lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality care to residents • Integrate evidence-based knowledge and research into nursing practice and administration • Liaise with medical staff to ensure effective patient care • Report clinical issues to the Director of Nursing • Ensure highest standards of communication and documentation • Evaluate and improve nursing practice and quality of care • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to nursing staff • Encourage resident participation in self-care and wellness • Embrace change and new initiatives to promote excellence in patient care • Ensure mandatory training is up to date • Empower nurses to participate in clinical decision-making and organisation of care systems **Requirements:** • Experience in elderly care sector • Knowledge of relevant legislation and HIQA Standards • Evidence of continuous professional development • Excellent patient care and interpersonal skills • Ability to work on own initiative and be computer literate • Strong written and verbal communication abilities **About the Role:** As a Clinical Nurse Manager II, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in delivering high-quality care to residents in a state-of-the-art nursing home in County Galway.
