Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Irish Branch) seeks a Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support for AWS customers, troubleshoot and solve technical problems, and drive customer communication during critical events.

  • Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
  • Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in software development, or experience in technical support
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
