Community Nurse Role in East Region
Seeking a Community Nurse to join our team in the East region, providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
Cpl Healthcare, a leading healthcare and pharmaceutical services provider, is seeking a skilled and motivated Community Nurse to join our team. As a Community Nurse, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes. Your role will include medication management, wound care, phlebotomy, and chronic disease management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Manage medications, wounds, and chronic diseases
• Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
**Requirements:**
• Registered on the General Register of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate recent acute clinical nursing experience
• Competent in catheterisation, IV antibiotic administration, and phlebotomy
• High degree of self-motivation and flexibility
• Effective administrator with strong communication skills
• Full driving license and eligible to work in Ireland
