**Maintenance Technician** A skilled individual to manage building fabric maintenance across a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer service and efficient facility management. • Maintain building fabric on clients' sites • Manage on-site facilities and filing system • Deliver agreed customer service levels • Use technology to conduct and record works • Conduct scheduled inspections • Interact with clients' staff **Key Qualifications and Experience** • Qualified tradesman • IT literate • Good communicator • Self-motivated • Efficient organiser • Able to multitask • 3 years' experience in a similar role • Keenness to learn new skills • Ideal, experienced in a similar environment **Working Pattern** • Monday to Friday • 08:30 to 17:00
