As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximising sales and KPIs, utilising commercial reports to drive store operations, and leading a team of 5-10+ staff members.

- Leading, coaching, and developing a strong team of 5-10+ staff members
- Ensuring store visual merchandising meets company standards
- Implementing company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a store manager or assistant manager role in a high-volume retailer
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive overall store performance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong fashion merchandising experience
