Job Description: As a Finishing Foreman with Glenveagh, you will be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, managing labour and materials, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards. You will work closely with the design team, Site Manager, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality apartments in Donabate. Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with the design team, Site Manager, and other stakeholders
Coordinating daily site operations, including labour and material management
Completing the online daily site diary and weekly documentation
Providing a key point of contact for purchasers
Coordinating snagging crews and overseeing snag lists
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety, and environmental standards
Effective planning and organization of tasks and site facilities
Requirements:
Technical/Professional Degree or Higher Diploma in Construction Management and/or equivalent trade qualification
Significant experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of trades, particularly carpentry
Background in residential construction
Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards
