As Finishing Manager, you will oversee the completion of housing projects, coordinating with subcontractors to execute tasks such as plastering, painting, carpentry, and tiling with precision and meet required specifications. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and coordinating all finishing works on residential projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Managing and supervising subcontractors for tasks such as plastering, painting, flooring, and more.
- Ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Inspecting and approving completed work, ensuring it meets client expectations.
- Liaising with the Site Manager, resolving issues related to finishes and timelines.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met on-site.
The ideal candidate for this role has:
- 5+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman/Manager on residential projects.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
- Knowledge of current construction techniques and health & safety regulations.
