Job Description

Seeking a HR Advisor to support the smooth running of the HR department in a leading global organisation.

Reporting to the HR Manager Ireland, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the smooth running of the HR department with the support and guidance of the HR Manager.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coaching and supporting line managers in interviews through to offer stage.
  • Develop and deliver employee reward and engagement initiatives in conjunction with the Global HR team.
  • Ensure all HR systems are kept fully updated, and provide reporting on HR metrics.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and deal with queries.
  • Support in the development of HR related processes and procedures, providing advice and support to all stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • 3rd Level Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline with a CIPD Accreditation.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working within a Human Resources role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed understanding of legislation relating to People & Culture issues, and ability to translate knowledge into relevant policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience and knowledge using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
