Job Description
We are currently partnering with one of the leading Pharma organisations in Cork who are looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Sitting on the senior leadership team, the HR Manager will work as part of an all-Ireland HR team and get the opportunity to work on strategic national and global projects with a strong focus on culture and engagement.
Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams are important, as well as manufacturing and Irish employment law experience.
Fully onsite role, based in East Cork.
Overview of Main Responsibilities:- Lead the HR function, aligning it with the organisations' strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the SLT to design and implement HR strategies that drive organisational success.
- Manage key HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Contribute to shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What the ideal candidate looks like:- CIPD qualified, with 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience of working closely with senior management and line managers.
- Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Solid understanding of Irish employment law.
- Project management experience.
