Join the CPM team as an in-house recruiter, contributing to the company's growth and culture through demonstrable initiatives. Work with a digital mindset, using technology to become more efficient and collaborative. Key responsibilities include liaising with managers, advertising vacancies, and scheduling interviews. Required skills include excellent communication, administrative, and IT skills, as well as strong organization and relationship skills. Responsibilities:
* Liaise with managers to identify recruitment needs
* Advertise vacancies through job sites, newspapers, and other platforms
* Schedule interviews and compile interview packs
* Communicate with interview panels regarding the organizing of interviews
* Compile and issue induction packs
Required Experience & Competencies:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong administrative and IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Very strong organization skills and effective time management
* Strong relationship skills
* Attention to detail
Desirable:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a Recruitment position
* Presentation skills
Measures of Success:
* Administer the Recruitment system to achieve an audit success rate of 100%
* Coordinate large-scale recruitment events with a 100% success rate
* Achieve appointed KPI within the role SLA guidelines
