Job Description
The role is to set up and operate equipment under the direction of Cardiac Surgeons for circulatory/respiratory support during surgery. Key responsibilities include carrying out extracorporeal techniques and procedures. Essential criteria:
- Accreditation by The Society of Clinical Perfusion Scientists of Great Britain and Ireland and registration with the College of Clinical Perfusion Scientists of Great Britain and Ireland.
- Clinical and administrative capacity to discharge the functions of the role.
