Job Description
**Job Summary:** Mechanical Construction Manager sought to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Work closely with multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects
- Determine project schedule needs and provide support in completion of project schedule
- Conduct regular safety and quality walks of the site and report to site supervisor
- Lead commissioning activities to ensure timely completion and reporting of roadblocks
Requirements:
- Mechanical trade or engineering background essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Excellent communication and organisation skills required
- Familiarity with CAD & BIM preferred
- Excellent IT skills required - MS Office/Excel
