Job Description
Design and develop new electronic batch records and provide daily MES system support. Partner with the business to deliver changes to existing records, weigh and dispense systems, and equipment tracking. Support and troubleshoot MES system issues.
Responsibilities include:
* Design and develop electronic batch records and workflows
* Deliver changes to existing electronic batch records
* Provide day-to-day support for the MES system
* Troubleshoot and resolve MES system issues
* Develop and execute MES computer system validation deliverables
* Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
* Monitor and report key KPIs and metrics
Requirements:
* BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Experience in implementing technical/MES solutions in a GMP environment
* Knowledge of automation systems, historians, and DCS
* Familiarity with GMPs, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
