Job Description

Part-time Payroll and HR Administrator sought in South Dublin to process payroll, manage HR administration, and assist with ad-hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently through Sage.
  • Liaise with employees on payroll and tax queries.
  • Adhere to deadlines for Revenue returns submission.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax and social welfare statutory regulations.
  • Assist with Pension Auto-enrolment roll out.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and industry standards.
  • Manage the iTalent HR system for permanent and contract staff.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in payroll processing.
  • Experience using Sage is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent understanding of current Payroll, Revenue, and Employment legislation.
