This role involves operating diverse machines in the manufacturing process, with a focus on maximizing equipment performance, ensuring safe operation, and completing quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines related to the manufacturing process, with a strong emphasis on Flexographic printing.
- Stay up-to-date with assembly and maintenance instructions, and be proactive in acquiring necessary certifications.
- Ensure machine operation is optimized for maximum capacity, while minimizing downtime and meeting speed requirements.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures, and report any incidents or hazards promptly.
- Carry out efficient machine changeovers, with a focus on minimizing changeover time and adhering to housekeeping requirements.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors, and provide solutions to problems that arise.
- Document all relevant activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Strive to achieve company-specified production targets, and contribute to a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
