Job Description
Job Title: Programmes Facilitator
Facilitate service users in their choices, developing programmes within the context of a person-centred model of service delivery. Programmes may include independent living, personal development and occupational and leisure activities, within the quality-of-life model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating and implementing person centred plans
- Designing, developing and providing programmes and activities to meet service users’ needs, choices and abilities
- Providing support in independent living skills and community integration for persons with intellectual disability
- Safety, Hygiene and good housekeeping guidelines in a service setting
Requirements:- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent
- Experience supporting adults with intellectual disability, Autism, physical and sensory disabilities
