Join an established company in the thriving Renewable Energy Sector as a Project Design Engineer for renewable energy projects spanning feasibility to operation.
Key responsibilities include assessing site feasibility, providing technical engineering assistance, liaising with stakeholders, and preparing engineering drawings.
Requirements include proven collaboration skills, Microsoft Office and CAD proficiency, and flexibility in working hours and travel.
Appropriate training and guidance will be provided for the successful applicant.
We have numerous operational wind farms and solar pv projects in various stages of development in Ireland and the UK.
Location: Ireland - Lissarda, Macroom, Co. Cork.
Responsibilities:
Assessing site feasibility using CAD & GIS software.
Providing technical engineering assistance during project inception, development, construction, and operation phases.
Liaising with Local Authorities, consultants, and contractors.
Undertaking wind farm annual energy production calculations and cumulative impact assessments.
Attending public information meetings and site surveys.
Preparing engineering drawings and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
Proven collaboration skills with other team members and external organisations.
Microsoft Office and CAD proficiency.
Flexibility in working hours and travel as required.
