Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the construction of a mixed-use development in North Dublin City, comprising 72 apartments and retail units.

Project Manager Residential & Retail Development

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a mixed-use development, ensuring timely and successful completion.

  • Coordinate all phases of construction, from site setup and groundwork through to final handover.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the project is delivered within agreed-upon schedules and financial targets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and vendors, to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment in line with project specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in residential and commercial/retail developments.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Irish building regulations, health & safety standards, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including client and contractor relationships.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Full driving license and flexibility to work on-site in North Dublin City.
