Quantity Surveyor role requires 2+ years' experience in residential/commercial construction projects, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are recruiting for Quantity Surveyors to join our commercial team in Tubbercurry, Sligo or Oranmore, Galway. The successful candidate will:
- Prepare tenders, analyse, select, negotiate, and finalise sub-contractor orders
- Manage and report on forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, and site records
- Liaise with site management teams to maintain and protect commercial and contractual entitlements
- Manage and oversee AQS and TQS, checking and taking responsibility for their work and sign-off
- Address SMM/measurement issues
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential/commercial construction projects
- A relevant 3rd level qualification
- 2+ years' experience in report writing, forecast planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
