Job Description

Strava is seeking a Queue Operations Manager in Dublin, Ireland. This hybrid role will lead a support team, maintain queue health, and ensure tickets are routed accurately and responded to with excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building and leading a team, owning workload distribution, devising strategies, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a manager within a Technical Support team and 4+ years of experience in a queue operations role. They are proficient in Help Desk platforms, with Zendesk experience preferred. The successful candidate will be successful by working autonomously and cross-functionally, navigating ambiguous environments, and synthesizing data into actionable insights. They will be passionate about delivering high-quality customer service, have a growth mindset, and be methodical and organized. The position involves leading a team across different time zones and collaborating with colleagues in various continents. The candidate should have experience reporting to or collaborating with a manager in a different time zone and be able to describe the strategies they used to stay connected with their manager and key collaborators.
