Job Description
Research Assistant B in Psychology/Organisational behaviour/Social science role summary: The successful candidate will be appointed to work independently and troubleshoot problems, with a commitment to high-quality research, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
The post will be based at one of the TU Dublin Campuses, with a 37-hour working week and a salary of €35,356 gross per annum.
Key responsibilities:
- Take initiative and work independently to achieve results.
- Conduct research using quantitative/experimental research designs and analyze data using SPSS, R, or Mplus.
- Develop report writing skills and basic statistics.
- Work within a project team to achieve results.
Essential criteria:
- Undergraduate B.Sc. (Hons) in Psychology/Organisational behaviour/Social science/Human resource management.
- At least 2 years of whole-time equivalent research experience.
- Ability to write reports, possess basic statistics, and be computer literate.
Desirable criteria:
- Masters in psychology/organisational behaviour/human resource management.
- Evidence of familiarity with the subject matter.
- Experience in analyzing quantitative data.
The interview assessment will be 45 minutes in length and will include a presentation of 10 minutes duration.
