Residential Property Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of three significant developments in the private rental market.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of our developments, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and corporate governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational standards meet client requirements, inspect and arrange for maintenance and repairs, and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance measures.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare monthly reports on property performance, both operational and financial.
- Work closely with clients to ensure property common areas meet standards and residents can enjoy their tenancy peacefully.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director and property management team to progress and initiate Environmental & Social Governance initiatives.
- Develop and integrate sustainability best practices and accreditations, and work with the existing team to drive client sustainability.
- Provide mentoring and support to on-site Estate Managers.
- Work with the procurement department to negotiate contracts with suppliers and engage on a regular basis with respect to performance.
- Use technology platforms provided by Aramark Property to aid workflow and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Appropriate third-level and/or professional qualification – MRICS/PSRA License Holder (C & D).
- Full Irish Driving License and insured operable vehicle.
- Over 3-5 years' experience in portfolio/residential property management.
- Effective communication and organization skills.
- Ambitious, energetic, and motivated individual with a solution-focused attitude.
