As a Retail Operations Manager, you will drive delivery of retail objectives, providing operational, commercial, and strategic support to the head office and management team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in senior management roles within retail, with exceptional multi-site experience and a deep understanding of retail management. Key responsibilities include operational excellence, multi-site management, performance analysis and reporting, team leadership and development, and collaboration with head office. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, with proven experience in a senior management role within retail. They will demonstrate success in multi-site management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and strategic thinking with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
