Key Responsibilities:

- Implement pricing policies, sales promotions, and oversee loss prevention.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and store policies.
- Oversee staff deployment, building maintenance, and facility management.
- Enhance customer experience through events and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive business growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers, supporting recruitment and training.
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and stock turnover.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant store environment.
Key Tasks:
- Report on commercial performance and action plans.
- Maintain optimal staffing for customer service and operational budgets.
- Analyze key performance indicators with managers and drive performance improvements.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
