Sales Assistant Role Summary:
We are seeking vibrant and passionate individuals to support our home delivery service by selecting products in store for our online customers and ensuring their standards and expectations are met.
Dunnes Stores is Ireland's leading retailer positioned at the cutting edge of food and fashion retailing. We have stores in Ireland, Northern Ireland and Spain and are expanding our service and product offer all the time. Our Sales Assistants have excellent product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service, and are passionate about retail.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Support our home delivery service by selecting products in store for our online customers
• Ensure products are of the highest quality and freshness
• Pack products in such a way they arrive at the customers' home in perfect condition
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be available for a 5:00am start
**Requirements:**
• Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
• Motivated and confident communicator
• Excellent customer care skills and a passion for helping people
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture
• Willingness to learn and develop yourself
