Job Description
Biopharmaceutical organization seeks expert in HVAC and Isolator systems for key role in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Root Cause Assessments and investigations for operational issues related to Systems owned throughout the lifecycle.
- Liaise with CQV and QA on execution of FATs, SATs, IOQ and PQ protocols and with EHS on Safety and Environmental issues.
- Be site contact (SME Subject Matter Expert) for all aspects of delivered HVAC equipment, including balancing, certification and recertification.
- Roll out training on systems for which the candidate is the designated SME / System Owner.
- Analyze data trends to identify and proactively manage performance trends, including anticipating, solving or escalating problems as appropriate.
- Troubleshoot performance trends.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation projects relating to system performance.
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedule for systems is successfully setup on Site CMMS system.
- Ensure critical spare parts lists for systems are identified and appropriate levels of spares are maintained.
- Develop and execute FAT, SAT and IOQ protocols along with other Team members.
- Review and approve changes to operating procedures related to the introduction of systems on site.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
- Expert in the design, sizing, testing & balancing, installation, commissioning of HVAC and Isolator HVAC systems preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries preferable.
