Job Description
Senior Product Manager - Tech, People Experience Foundation (PXF) seeks a passionate, self-starting Product Manager to build products connecting Amazonians with information, resources, and insights through best-in-class GenAI solutions.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will join the A to Z Assistant team responsible for a pan-Amazon GenAI powered chat-based assistant, working closely with business leadership to define and evolve the vision for your products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve product vision with business leadership
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Establish feature prioritization and create ambitious roadmaps
- Define acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing processes
- Work closely with engineering to ensure feature delivery
- Define product metrics and report on them through regular status mechanisms
- Monitor execution of new product and feature launches
- Contribute to a team culture of experimentation and innovation
- Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics
- Manage bottlenecks and provide escalation management
- Present confidently to senior management
About the Team:
As part of People eXperience Technology (PXT), we deliver products used by all Amazonians in their daily roles. Within PXT, the A to Z Assistant team owns AZA, Amazon's flagship GenAI powered chat assistant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions
- Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders
- Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Preferred qualifications: experience in building and driving adoption of new tools and building and deploying chat-based solutions
