Software Test Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Software Test Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts and ensure our digital platforms meet the highest standards.
As a key member of our I.T group, you will work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and developers to create test plans and designs, and report on test status and defects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating relevant business and technical test cases using in-depth review of requirements
- Reporting on overall test status and following defects to identify root cause and resolution
- Liaising with Scrum Masters, POs, and engineers to outline test entry and exit criteria
- Participating in projects of varying methodologies to ensure quality standards in software and product are maintained
What makes a strong candidate?
- A strong eye for detail and ability to design and implement tests to validate software
- Excellent communication skills to present test results to different audiences
- A willingness to improve efficiencies and reduce rework through automation
Desirable qualifications include:
- Test Automation certification
- Project Management Qualifications (e.g. Agile, IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2)
- ISTQB Advanced certification
- Qualified in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering

The Software Test Analyst position is part of the I.T group within the Wealth and Insurance business unit. The team comprises a dynamic and dedicated mix of I.T professionals across the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle.
