Job Description

Supply Chain Performance Partner sought to drive cost optimisation and support growth strategy through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

As a key member of the Supply Chain Performance Team, you will develop partnerships with Supply Chain and Finance teams to drive cost optimisation and support our growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with Supply Chain and Finance colleagues to prepare financial planning outputs, including metrics that inform resource requirements.
  • Providing clarity on data capabilities and potential for further development as part of the wider Data Strategy.
  • Creating value-adding dashboards and reports for Supply Chain teams.
  • Reviewing weekly and monthly performance reports to bring insight and drive improvement.
  • Maintaining and evolving reporting to match changing needs of the Supply Chain function.
  • Ensuring consistency of performance measurement across the network and identifying like for like metrics that can benchmark depots in each division.
  • Identifying performance issues in the network and escalating to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Supporting network stakeholders on query resolution, data gathering and analysis, insight generation and governance on actions arising.
  • Working with Finance colleagues to ensure Supply Chain metrics are accurate and consistent with financial outcomes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience generating insights from data, developing action plans and supporting delivery in a commercial environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality results in a fast-moving commercial environment.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well both on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Process oriented and a systematic problem solver.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Competent with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data analytics experience including PowerBI and Anaplan would be an advantage.
  • Qualification in continuous improvement e.g. Lean six sigma, Green or Black belt LEAN or evidenced interest and potential to learn same would be an advantage.

Musgrave operates a hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required.
