Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Manager is sought to join our team in Ireland. The role involves managing the recruitment process, building strong partnerships, and creating impactful recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include establishing relationships with hiring managers, managing requisitions, and facilitating selection decisions. The successful candidate will have experience with full-cycle recruitment, talent strategy, and business partnership. They will also be able to leverage internal and external resources, including job boards and social media, to create recruitment strategies and source high-quality candidates. The role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a commitment to creating a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will be proactive, strategic, and able to balance day-to-day operations with high-level strategic thinking. They will also be able to work in a dynamic environment and enjoy solving complex recruiting challenges. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, Social Studies, Business and/or Life Sciences, and 5 years of prior experience in full recruitment cycle, preferably in a manufacturing environment. They will also have experience with a wide variety of systems and tools, such as LinkedIn, Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. \u2022 Degree in Human Resources, Social Studies, Business and/or Life Sciences.
\u2022 5 years minimum prior experience performing full recruitment cycle, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
\u2022 Experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
\u2022 Ability to get involved and roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment in order to deliver for the business.
