Job Description
As Director of Engineering, lead technology teams to deliver high-performing pharmacy core platform while maintaining professionalism and customer service standards. Key responsibilities include strategy development, process improvement, and ensuring InfoSec, Audit, and Disaster Recovery best practices. Collaborate with peers to ensure alignment on key business goals and drive teams to meet quality engineering metrics. Proactively monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends. Partner with architects and engineering teams to define and implement improved delivery processes. Provide guidance and lead resolution of technical issues. Lead and support the needs of strategic roadmap and Blueprint activity. Attract, mentor, and retain a high-performance development team.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in leading Software Engineering, product implementation, and production support in a 24/7 environment, with hands-on experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and QA COE framework. Strong experience in modern engineering and development methodologies. Experience designing and implementing IT Disaster Recovery and working with IT Audit, Security, and Disaster Recovery functions.
