Motivated and ambitious Onsite Manager sought to lead and supervise the cleaning division across multiple sites, ensuring effective site operations and high-quality service delivery.
As an Onsite Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising the cleaning division across multiple sites
- Ensuring each site is running effectively and delivering high-quality service
- Delivering on targets and objectives by leading, inspiring and developing your people and sites
- Managing multiple contracts, including office, industrial and education sector cleaning
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in the cleaning industry at supervisory level
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with client interaction and financial acumen
- A full, clean driver's licence
