About Your New Employer Sigmar are thrilled to be partnering with an award winning facilities management company in their search to recruit a motivated and ambitious Onsite Manager to join our Cleaning Division. This company have been expanding their business across Ireland over the last 25 years and is nowone of Irelands largest indigenous support service organisation providing a range of services specialising in catering, cleaning, venting, retail and security. About Your New Job As an Onsite Manager, you will join a successful operations team, leading and supervising the cleaning division across multiple sites. You will be responsible for ensuring each site is running effectively and that each staff member delivers and maintains a high-quality service throughout the business. You will take on the challenge to deliver on targets and objectives by leading, inspiring and developing your people and sites to consistently deliver for the customer. You will take great care in your work, have the ability to fulfil the role and have a strong work ethic to help this business grow.
