About the Role

- Job Summary:
Manage risk to the achievement of an organization's strategic objectives in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Engineering Department's Enterprise Excellence initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the Engineering Department.
- Act as a change agent implementing lean initiatives aligned with business strategies.
- Manage departmental and site-specific KPIs and reporting.
- Lead problem-solving activities using various improvement tools.
- Deploy lean six sigma and other CI tools and techniques.
- Maintain visual boards to provide clear and transparent linkage of performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Science.
- 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing, engineering, or science environment.
- Knowledge of an Automated Manufacturing Environment with a good understanding of FMCG.
