The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, or science, with experience working in an automated manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage risk to the achievement of an organization's strategic objectives in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality and production • Promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the Engineering Department • Act as a change agent implementing lean initiatives that are aligned with business strategies • Manage departmental and site-specific KPI's and reporting, including maintaining visual boards • Lead problem-solving activities, utilizing various improvement tools and training activities • Deploy lean six sigma, change management tools and methodologies to ensure project success • Maintain visual boards to provide clear and transparent linkage of performance, continuous improvement activity and the Site Strategy Map • Track and report project status efficiently to all relevant internal and external stakeholders **Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Science • 3 years experience working in a manufacturing/engineering/science environment • Knowledge of an Automated Manufacturing Environment with a good solid understanding of FMCG
